I recently completed a paper for my class “Christian Ministry in the 21st Century” for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The paper was subdivided into six major sections:

theological issues
ministry issues
ministry disciplines
defining success
personal reflection on ministry
development plan for the next year
