Fogged In…

Since Mom called today to remind me that I haven’t checked in since Friday or Saturday, I thought I’d post here to say, “I’m alive.” This is the first week of classes, so I’m trying to get things organized.
And in case you’re not in New Orleans, you should know it’s really, really foggy outside. I drove to the store tonight and had a hard time seeing more than about 20 feet in front of me. Also, it was about 70F today.
It’s days like today that make me ready to move somewhere colder.
When I get inspired again, I’ll post what I’m taking this semester and the books I’m reading. And a few other things. I’ve been thinking pretty hard about some things that happened a long time ago, and I’m growing tired of dealing with ghosts from the past. I’m not sure if I’ll post about that stuff.
So, I’ll be back.

Come on up to Nashville… it hasn’t been warmer than about 38-40 degrees in over a week. Brrr!!!!
Good to know you’re alive. Also good to know someone else is feeling as buried under work as I am. Hang in there, bro. School will be out soon! — Oh, and I totally get your feelings about dealing with the ghosts of the past. I’m hoping that my current journey toward health will put them to bed once and for all. Eventually. :/
Write when you can, what you can and don’t sweat the rest. We’ll be here no matter what.
