Because it’s all his fault that the British took over Palestine after World War I (when the entire Middle East was divvied up between the French and British), and subsequently after World War II created the state of Israel on which all the Arab Muslims would wage war. Yes, that’s right. George W. Bush is at fault for millennia of strife and persecution between non-Jewish Arabs and Arab/non-Arab Jews. I had no idea.
