Anne Rice on Jesus…

Sweet mother of pearl. Check this MSNBC article out. Anne Rice has a new novel out: one on the life of a seven year old Jesus.

In my dabbles with writing, I’ve had ideas similar, although never being bold enough to take an actual person into account. I just wanted to play with a fictional character present in Jerusalem the day Jesus died.

I rarely read fiction these days- at least the long type. My attention span lends me toward short stories (Edgar Allan Poe or Washington Irving). This is cool.
