Waffle House…

Jeff, Blaize, Jill, and I went to Waffle House in Slidell tonight. Good times and good food. Well, good times anyway. We drove to Slidell because, believe it or not, there are no Waffle Houses in the metro New Orleans area. Not a single one. A few Denny’s and an IHOP or two. Otherwise, nothing. And that leads me to the next thought. There is like, ONE KFC in town. Popeyes, yes. Church’s, yes. KFC? One. On Vets. And there aren’t any Hardees either. There’s something horribly wrong with that.
